Northwest Iowa

We enjoyed our quick trip to northwest Iowa this weekend. We figured before we move we had better start making trips to see people we are going to be farther from once we arrive in Illinois.

We stayed by my Uncle Dave and Aunt Phyl and enjoyed great meals and conversation to catch up. Madelyn really enjoyed them too.

We visited Dordt College to see the many changes occuring on campus. We were impressed with all the new green space and new classroom building remodel, but unimpressed with the lack of available parking for senior citizens and college students on campus.

We had the opportunity to also visit with friends from Sioux Falls and friends that had moved from Ames and lived in Rock Valley and in Wisconsin. It was great to catch up again and see the new babies.
