Yesterday

Rain, rain go away! Jason is sick of digging in the mud. We have had a swamp behind our deck all spring, so we are working on putting in some tiling and extra drainage. The vegetation is fermenting, creating a rancid smell to make Jason's job even more fun. Unfortunately this picture did not capture the rain that had also started to fall after he started digging, adding insult to injury. On a more positive note, we've had our first sweet corn of the season. It is the highlight of the meal for Madelyn. She even helped shuck and clean it.

Callie is changing and getting stronger everyday. She just started rolling over her left shoulder from her back to belly and is wiggling and pushing her way around. Her head started on the rainbow above the monkey.

Madelyn was growing tired of being indoors due to the rain, so decided to "help" me fold laundry. She insisted on wearing dada's work socks. Then proceeded to put on his work shirt.
