Last week Madelyn had her first dentist appointment and as I suspected, had her first cavity. Thankfully it was very small as it was caught early so she didn't have to have any shots or drilling. Last week Maddy declared the dentist experience as "Amazing!" This week she giggled her way through the whole procedure. Since her pain tolerance is almost zero and her reaction to extracting a sliver or finding a hangnail would imply she was being brutally tortured, I had my doubts as to how she would do.

Since she did so well, we had time for a special McDonald's pancake breakfast, which was also a first.
