Our New Home

We had left Madelyn with Kurtis and Lisa for the weekend as we made the move. On Saturday night I picked up Madelyn and drove back down to Macomb for her to see her new house for the first time. The nursery is mostly assembled, although we plan to change the curtains and put up a border. As you can see Madelyn is not so sure of her new room.
This is the "formal" living room. Aka=tv,playroom
Eventually the mauve carpet will go, but we'll have to see if this next baby is as much of a spitter as Madelyn. If so, it isn't worth replacing carpet yet.
Poor quality picture, but it give a good idea of the layout of the rooms we will spend the most time in.

A better picture of the fireplace area, which is the first space in the picture above.

The kitchen

The dining room.

The rest of the rooms weren't presentable enough to photograph :)

Looks like you finished up the task very nicely of unpacking, and organizing your new home - it looks lovely! How much more space for you to work with once all the boxes and STACKS of paper got cleared out!
