Puddle Hopping

Macomb has been hot and dry this summer, following an extremely wet spring. In fact, most of July and early August we spent inside because the humidity and temperatures made even swimming seem undesirable.  It rained once, maybe twice in the last 6 weeks and the girls were quite excited.  I was feeling like we needed a little fun outside, so puddle hopping was in order.   So the girls dressed appropriately for their filthy outing and had a great time splashing in the puddles.



Callie managed to find the absolutely muddiest place to slip and sit.



Once she was wet, she determined that laying in the puddle really was the way to go.
